1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Most of our products such as balloons, birthday decoration items, foil balloons, LED products, banners, cake toppers, party props, and customized items fall under the hygiene and party-use category. Therefore, Returns or Replacements will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing quantity/items in the package
  • Manufacturing defect found

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A proper continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any Return, Replacement, or Damage claim.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • Shipping label visible properly
  • Complete opening process without cuts or pauses

No claim will be accepted without an unboxing video.


3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Inflated balloons
  • Used decoration items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened party decoration kits
  • Consumable items such as confetti, ribbons, tapes, glue dots, etc.
  • Minor color variations
  • Complaints due to misunderstanding of size or product description
  • Packaging damage without actual product damage

4. No Return for Change of Mind

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as:

  • Product not liked after delivery
  • Event cancellation
  • Duplicate order placed by mistake
  • Wrong product selected by customer
  • Product no longer needed
  • Courier delays or delays caused by natural conditions

Customers are advised to check product details, size, color, and quantity carefully before placing an order.


5. Replacement Process

If the claim is verified and approved:

  • A replacement product may be shipped
    or
  • Store credit / partial refund may be provided

The final decision will depend on product availability and claim verification.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Replacement is not possible
  • Verified damaged or wrong product case

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.


7. Return Shipping

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • For valid claims, return shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.
  • In some cases, return pickup may not be required and a direct replacement may be provided.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
